The 1SYNC™ Data Accuracy Scorecard solution is a free service for suppliers which presents a supplier (known as a “data source”) with a retailer’s (known as a “data recipient”) score of the accuracy of their synchronized item data. It compares the item measurements taken by a retailer against the measurements the supplier has provided through the Global Data Synchronization Network® (GDSN®). The scorecard helps to improve the quality of the information exchanged between partners by highlighting any discrepancies and providing an overall score. Your value chain becomes more visible and more sustainable. No special training is needed and a supplier may view only their own company data.
The scorecard measures include percentage of items synchronized, Gross Weight Accuracy, Cube Accuracy, and Overall Accuracy. Accuracy rates for measurements are based on tolerance rates specified in the GS1 GDSN Package Measurement Standard (e.g, an acceptable tolerance of +/- 4% on Gross Weight and dimensions for most types of items).
The 1SYNC Data Accuracy Scorecard focuses on key measures that impact logistics and associated costs. Suppliers benefit from increased confidence in GDSN data and enjoy savings due to:

To subscribe to the 1SYNC Data Accuracy Scorecard, complete the application and email it to scorecard@gs1us.org. Suppliers must be a member of a GDSN-certified data pool and be authorized to access the scorecard by your retailer (e.g., for Walmart suppliers, the person requesting access must be a registered Walmart Retail Link user) OR be a 1SYNC Item Management User.
All users of the 1SYNC Data Accuracy scorecard will have to sign an agreement in order to access the scorecard.

As with all GDSN data, all scoring of measurements and weights in the 1SYNC Data Accuracy Scorecard is based on the GDSN Package Measurement Standards and you can utilize them to recheck your product measurements.
- Document any corrections to measurements in your system of record, and publish the corrected measurements to your trading partners.
