Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN)

The Global Data Synchronization Network^® makes it easy for trading partners in the value chain to share information seamlessly, even when they subscribe to different GDSN-certified data pools.

After a trading partner subscribes to a GDSN-certified data pool such as 1SYNC™, companies can synchronize item, location, and price data with each other using standardized information such as Global Location Numbers (GLNs) and Global Trade Item Numbers^® (GTINs^®). This ensures that all trading partners are looking at “one truth”: the same information, at the same time.

Synchronizing data through the GDSN increases visibility, which brings benefits to all trading partners in the value chain. Here are just a few of the benefits:
