Startup Lab Companies will be given the opportunity to present their product/solution during (2) 5-minute time slots on Wednesday, June 19 and Thursday, June 20 from 11:30am - 1:00pm. On Wednesday, June 19th, a panel of judges will be present, and on Thursday, June 20th, you will have an additional opportunity to pitch your product/solution to the audience. There will be no Q&A during the pitch competition, we encourage you to answer questions at your kiosk during open hours. Participants should be prepared to draw in judges and excite the audience to implement their product/solution in their business. All participants will be given the opportunity to present on the stage. Time slots will be scheduled and communicated in advance of the conference. Presenter must be a registered attendee of the conference.
Maximum of (2) people on stage at any given time. Any company that misses their time slot will forfeit their opportunity to speak during the next time slot and win the competition. Winners will be announced at the end of the Pitch Competition on Thursday.
Standard AV provided includes (1) podium, (2) handheld microphones, monitor to display presentation, clicker, and a PC loaded with your pitch presentation.
Startup Lab participants will be required to upload all presentation materials (PowerPoint, demo video, etc.) by Friday, May 17th. Presentations must be submitted in 16x9 ratio only. There is no presentation template requirement. If your presentation deck includes an embedded video, please also upload the video as a separate file. Startup Lab participants will not be permitted to use their own laptop, or bring their presentation on a flash drive, for the Pitch Competition.
