We’ve improved your GS1 US experience by making updates to myGS1 US! You can now manage your company information, all your subscriptions, purchases and support tickets in one easy-to-use location. 

What’s New:

  • You can submit support tickets directly from myGS1 US, and you can see the status of that support ticket.
  • If you have a Merger & Acquisition or Company Name Change request, you can do this directly from myGS1 US, including uploading the required supporting documentation.
  • You can now see all your company’s subscriptions, and manage your Primary and Billing contacts. 
  • You can see your order history, and view, print, and pay your invoices.

What You Can Continue to Expect:

  • View and print your GS1 Company Prefix certificates
  • Mange all your user profiles
  • Manage your email preferences
  • Access GS1 US Data Hub
  • Access members-only Documents (depending on your subscriptions)
