401(k)

Full-time new hires become eligible to enroll in the GS1 US 401(k) Plan on day one of employment. GS1 US helps you save for retirement by automatically contributing three to eight percent of your compensation (depending on length of service) to your 401(k) account.

Tuition Reimbursement

Starting six months after your date of hire, the GS1 US Tuition Assistance Program provides up to $5,250 per calendar year for undergraduate programs and up to $7,500 per calendar year for graduate programs. These reimbursements can be applied to approved tuition, books, and educational fees.

GS1 US offers paid time off for ten company-paid holidays as well as generous personal, vacation, and sick time.

Additional Benefits

Employees are automatically enrolled in basic life insurance and accident coverage at no cost. Supplemental Term Life and AD&D Insurance for employees and dependents are available at an additional cost. Employees also receive long-term and short-term disability coverage at no cost.

As a member organization, GS1 US works with companies in the United States to implement these international standards using our tools and educational offerings.
