This could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Your company's subscription to GS1 US Data Hub is past due. Please pay your bill here (you'll need the invoice number and your company's account number). Once paid, you will have to refresh your browser’s cache to access Data Hub.
- Your company does not have a subscription to GS1 US Data Hub. Click here to learn more and apply.
- Your company has a subscription to GS1 US Data Hub, but your Company Administrator has not assigned you as a user. Any User Administrator from your company can use the User Portal to assign the necessary Data Hub roles to allow you access.
Please be sure to log out and log back in for any of the above changes to take effect.
